~* NaSi AyaM PutRaJaYa *~


As mention in previous entry that I've been visited by family-in-law last wiken kan... So, the masak-masak session was going in my house while they were here... Leteh wey... Masak banyak-banyak ni sangat menguji kepantasan dan kesedapan... ahaks!!

On Friday night, I just cooked a simple dishes for our dinner ~ nasi putih comes with ikan kering ( gelama and talang ), masak lemak udang with kacang buncis, ayam kunyit and oso, sup sayur ~ * macamana nak go thru diet program ni kan kalo dah makan rupa ini *

~ no piccas for the dinner's dish yaa ~

And, I woke up early in the morning in the next day * hopefully sempat laa prepare for breakfast * but, my FIL lagi terer... Going out and bought a breakfast for us ~ nasi lemak ofkos and I oso preparing toast and some kuih * my FIL tak suka susahkan orang...buy food outside is better than let me cook.. penat katanya *

After all, we were going to Nilai and fetched his collegue's daughter * anak kawan dia ni yatim piatu * and he need to settle about the harta case... So, ramailaa rumah ai for lunch that day... My BIL from Shah Alam pon arrived at that time.. And I, decided to cook for lunch * daripada nak beli or makan luar kan lebeh costing dari masak sendiri kan *

Suddenly, terlintas menu simple miple from me ~ Nasi Ayam ~ and I add Putrajaya... So, here comes Nasi Ayam Putrajaya...

Without looking for a recipe, ai main belasah jee laa * nasib baik jadi *... Kalo tak, malu ai... Dahlaa ramai tetamu yang ada...haaddooww....

Here it goes :

NASI AYAM PUTRAJAYA

1) Sup

5-6 ulas bawang merah (dimayang halus)
3-4 ulas bawang putih ( dimayang halus )
sket kulit kayu manis
sket biji lada hitam
sket bunga cengkih dan bunga lawang
1 paket rempah sup
minyak untuk tumis
daun sup
ayam seekor
garam ikut rasa


Cara-cara :
- panas minyak dalam periuk...
- tumis bawang yang dimayang, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, lada hitam dan kayu manis...
- kacau sampai naik bau dan masuk rempah sup
- kacau sampai kering sket, then masukkan air 3/4 periuk...
- masuk ayam dan garam secukup rasa...
- biar sampai mendidih dan ayam sedikit empuk


2) Nasi

5-6 ulas bawang merah ( dimayang halus )
1 inci halia ( diracik halus )
sket bunga cengkih, bunga lawang
2 sudu besar mentega
6 pot beras ( basuh dan ditoskan )
sket garam
stok ayam

Cara-cara :
- panas mentega di dalam kuali
- tumis bawang, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang dan halia
- kacau sampai kekuningan dan terus tuang dalam beras yang dah ditoskan
- kacau sebati
- masuk stok ayam tadi sampai tenggelam beras ( macam masak nasi biasa )
- masuk sedikit garam dan kacau...
- masak seperti biasa


3) Ayam
Seekor ayam ( yang di dalam sup )
Kicap cair
Lea & perrins
Sos tiram
Madu
Gula
Garam

Cara-cara :
- angkat ayam yang dalam sup tadi dan toskan ( make sure ayam dah empuk )
- masuk kesemua bahan sesuka hati
- gaul rata dan biar beberapa minit
- goreng untuk dihidangkan ( nak makan baru goreng...kasi panas-panas baru sedap )

Bleh laa try untuk dinner or supper...
Bahan-bahan pon tak banyak kan... So, ladies and mommies, cuba laa.... ;)


After I prepared and having a lunch with family, I was very exhausted and felt dizzy...
I need a deep rest while they were going to Nilai to shop... * tido lebeh enak *


For dinner * dah abih tenaga nak prepare dish * so, having a dinner at restaurant laa...
Quite frustrated when the restaurant making a spoiled * 1 hour waiting without any food yang sampai *
Last-last, pay for the drinks and moved to other restaurant * hangit jee rasa dalam badan nih *
~ wajib aku banned restaurant ini ~

Last-last dapat gak filled my stomach with Yong Tau Fu * dah lama kepingin nak makan * 

End of a very tough day ~~!!
